Blocking IP's
If your don't know the IP address of the person you want to block you can add a Site Counter onto you site. With a little investigative work you can figure it out.
Once you have the IP address of the person you want to block you just need to sign up for this site Toolator . Once you have sign up for this you need to place the code it gives you in a HTML/javascript gadget. I would suggest placing this in your footer area.
With Toolator you can block up to 3 IP address at a time for free. The people with these IP's will be redirected to another site.
If you pay for account on Toolator you can have more options to block users.
Keep in mine that this is not a 100% guarantee this will block the users. Their are many ways to change your IP address which will get around the block. So don't expect to be able to block someone who is familiar around computers.
